Doug Glovaski uniquly utilizes an oil transfer process to create drawings that embody an elegant and hypnotic approach to mark making. His work appears in numerous institutional, corporate, and private collections throughout the United States as well as parts of Europe and Japan. Institutional collections include the Fogg Museum at Harvard, Cambridge, MA, the Achenbach Collection at the Palace Legion of Honor, San Francisco, CA, the Crocker Museum, Sacramento, CA, the San Jose Museum of Art, San Jose, CA, the de Saisset Museum at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA., and the Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art at UC Davis, Davis, CA.  Glovaski lives and works in Northern California.
